To Size The Lifestyle Microfiber Nursing Bra:
1) Take your measurement after 26 weeks
2) Keep the same band size.
3) Increase one cup size.
4) Since molded cups have less stretch, many women order an additional bra two cup sizes larger just to be sure

For example, if you're a 36C when you are 26 weeks and beyond, once you're ready to nurse, your size will be 36D.
